Thomas Katz became an Attorney (Avocat) in 2000, and has been practicing law at Marvell law firm since 2007. He has a solid background in social security litigation. His practice focuses mainly on cases before the Tribunal du Contentieux de l’Incapacité and the Cour Nationale de l'Incapacité et de la Tarification de l'Assurance des Accidents du Travail (CNITAAT).
Thomas has also developed extensive expertise in the field of URSSAF reassessments and of litigation in the field of inexcusable misconduct. Thomas holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Employment law from University of PARIS X (Nanterre).
