Annual negotiation of medium – large retail markets

Manufacturer-distributor negotiations, which must be reached no later than 1st March of each year, with the signing of a framework agreement defining all of the conditions governing the purchase by a distributor of products by manufacturer. The base of the negotiation of this agreement lies in the terms and conditions and prices of the manufacturer and specifies the terms of general purchasing conditions, logistical requirements, tariff negotiations, international negotiations and NPT.
