A member of the Paris Bar since 2014, Philippine de Jerphanion is in charge of the firm's Intellectual Property, Technology & Data department.
She assists her clients with all issues related to the protection, promotion, and commercial exploitation of their intangible assets and technology projects.
Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise in advising software publishers, particularly those offering SaaS solutions. She is involved in structuring and negotiating strategic contracts, managing data-related risks, and securing and defending their rights in the event of litigation (infringement, unfair competition, breach of contract).
