Philippe Berteaux

A lawyer since 1993, Philippe Berteaux joined Marvell in May 2012 in order create the new restructuring and insolvency department. Up until this point, he had his own dedicated organisation which he created in 2007, after beginning his career with some of the leading specialists in the field (Borloo and Lantourne). Philippe advises companies in difficulty in all aspects during all phases of insolvency procedures. He has developed an understanding and expertise in accounting and finance balances and in financial transactions, particularly LBO. His reputed skills in litigation and legislative procedure, as well as an extensive knowledge of all procedural bodies (directors, agents etc.), are at the service of his clients, who notably include SME directors or directors of large companies. Philippe holds a post-graduate certificate in literary, artistic and industrial property law and a master’s degree in law, specialising in judicial careers, from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
