Business Law lawyer since 2008, Yaël Cohen-Hadria intervenes in council and in litigation on legal and contractual aspects tied to intellectual property, advanced technology, e-commerce, the digital and to the protection of personal data, with a clientele that is both French and International. She acts as DPO (Data Protection Officer) for firms, and accompanies “DPO”’s in their daily missions, as with the writing of recommendations, impact assessments (IA) and annual reports. Additional activities include: -Co-author of “Réussir son e-commerce” (Eyrolles Publishing – 2018) and of the “Guide Juridique Informatique et Libertés” (ENI Publishing – 2012) -Instructor, her professional activity is built around her participating in conferences and inter and intra-company training, but also alongside administrations and ministries. Yaël Cohen-Hadria ensures operational training on the topic of digital intellectual property. She ensures training sessions on the GDPR, of which one is labelled by the CNIL – Professor in International Data Law within a Master in Computing Science and Law at the University of Creteil – Club EBIOS administrator admitted to the Bar of Paris in 2008, Yaël Cohen-Hadria is a graduate of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Artistic Property Law (2006) as well as a Master’s degree in Internet, Administrations and Enterprise Law (2005).
