Hélène Cousté

Hélène Cousté has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2017. She is an expert in commercial, civil and criminal litigation likely to arise in relations between companies, their managers, shareholders and main business partners. She also advises French and foreign clients on commercial matters.

Hélène joined our team in 2022 after working in August Debouzy's Litigation - Criminal Business Law department and with the firm of Bâtonnier Francis Teitgen. At Marvell Avocats, she is in charge of strategic cases. Hélène holds an LL.M in International Dispute Resolution from King's College (London) and a degree in business law from EMLyon Business School and Université Paris 1- Sorbonne. She is also a member of the ACPA (Association des Professionnels du Contentieux des Affaires) and Droit & Procédure associations.
