Eric Hebras began his career in 1998 in the Financial Services department of Landwell & Associés. Eric joined the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre law firm in 2000, until he founded the tax department of a French law firm in 2011. Eric joined Villechenon law firm in 2015 as a partner. He founded Hebras Avocats in 2022.
Éric works at Marvell on behalf of groups of companies and funds in their acquisition or restructuring operations (LBO, M&A, joint venture, asset disposals) and supports managers/shareholders on the tax aspects of their wealth organization. Eric has developed expertise in private equity and venture capital taxation, research taxation, taxation of financial products and real estate transactions. Eric also intervenes in numerous complex tax disputes (home visits, transactions).
Eric was interviewed by the French National Assembly's Commission of Inquiry on the exile of vital forces.
Eric holds a Master's degree in business law and tax law (Paris II Assas) and is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris.
