Éric Hebras

Éric Hebras began his career in 1998 in the Financial Services department of Landwell & associés, before joining CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 2000 until 2011, when he founded the tax department of a French law firm. He joined Villechenon in 2015 as a partner. He founded Hebras Avocats in 2022.

Éric advises groups of companies and funds in connection with their acquisition or restructuring operations (LBOs, M&A, joint ventures, asset disposals) and assists managers/shareholders with the tax aspects of their wealth organisation. He has developed particular expertise in the taxation of private equity and venture capital, research, financial products and real estate transactions. He is also involved in a number of complex tax disputes (home visits, transactions).

Éric was interviewed by the French National Assembly's Commission of Inquiry on the exile of dynamic forces.

He holds a Master's degree in business and tax law (Paris II Assas) and is a graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. Eric speaks French and English.
