Julia Mohamed became an Attorney (Avocate) in 2005. She joined the Employment desk of Marvell law firm in February 2014. Prior to that, she practiced with the HW&H law firm. Julia provides advisory and litigation services on individual and collective aspects of employment law. She provides guidance to companies in all areas for the daily management of human resources (professional elections, drafting collective agreements, preventing psychosocial risks, early warning systems, labour disputes, Sunday trading …). Julia has also developed extensive expertise in the field of restructuring and job saving schemes. She holds a postgraduate degree (Master II) in commercial Business law from University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas) and a postgraduate degree (DESS) in Health law from University of Paris V (René Descartes).
