She handles all types of commercial or criminal disputes related to the conduct of domestic or international business before civil, commercial or criminal courts.
It also includes supervisory authorities.
Valérie Morales usually acts in litigation related to the acquisition of companies, social life or conflicts between shareholders or managers.
