Marion Plana, lawyer at Paris Bar, joined our team in 2019. Her practice covers all aspects of collective and individual employment law matters in France, including advising companies on hiring, working time, disciplinary measures and breach of employment contracts.
She also helps companies to manage their staff representatives (elections, informations and consultation processes, negotiations and collective bargaining agreements) and assists clients with business reorganizations and relocations, as well as employment due diligence.
Her practice includes representing companies in litigation before French Labor Courts and others qualified Courts (disputes relating to working time, harassment, occupational accidents, terminations of employment contracts etc.) and negotiating settlement agreements.
