Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004, Charlotte Riberprey is a partner in the M&A - Corporate department. As such, she advises investment funds, listed and unlisted industrial companies and management teams on industrial M&A and LBO transactions in France and abroad. Charlotte is also involved in a large number of capital and strategic transactions for innovative companies (venture capital), both on behalf of founder teams and investors. She also supports them in their build-up and exit transactions. She uses her experience to assist her clients with a pragmatic approach for their issues and challenges, using her knowledge of market practices.
