Julie ROUSSEAU is a legal counsel of Marvell’s Corporate/M&A/PE team, where she is mainly involved in acquisitions and restructuring projects, fundraising, as well as assisting clients with day-to-day legal support.
Julie has a Masters degree in Civil Law from the University of Clermont Auvergne.
